Nasmina, Sabeena Ibrahimkutty and Kadeeja Fidha of iLAB India came to work on program design, monitoring and evaluation, and fundraising. We ran activity-based sessions that mapped stakeholders and their key needs, wrote the problem statement, and worked through funding requirements and how impact would be measured. iLAB works with women and children in coastal Kozhikode.
