What Make a Difference did here
New MAD volunteers come together for an introductory session
Make A Difference (MAD) held an introductory session at aikyam Space for its new volunteers. The session introduced MAD’s vision, values and work with children, along with the volunteers’ roles and responsibilities. Games and group activities gave them time to get to know one another before beginning their work with the chapter.
MAD volunteers come together for a workshop
Make A Difference (MAD) volunteers met at aikyam Space to discuss their plans for the next six months. They talked about which activities to take up, how to organise them and where they could happen. The meetup focused on deciding what to prioritise and planning the next steps together.
The MAD district meet-up ran a second day
On 26 October, we held the second day of the MAD District Meet-up. People discussed things, worked together, and shared what they knew. The sessions let people swap ideas and made connections stronger between those working for change in their communities.
